relaxed concentration. Learn how to avoid unimportant things and
organize the remaining tasks efficiently:
- Become aware how you spend your time.
- Set yourself goals that are clearly defined and can be reached.
- Specify priorities using the following categories: "important" and "urgent".
- Consider the 80:20 rule (80% of all tasks can be finished in 20% of the time).
